You are invited to attend an educational evening discussion about current treatments and options for the management of Diabetes and 
associated foot care.
The following topics will be covered:
- Updating models of Type II Diabetes in clinical practice 
- ADA Standards of Care and IWGDF guidelines 
- Assessing acute diabetic foot issues 
- Understanding principles for foot offloading and ongoing care 
Speakers will include:
Dr William Yu (Endocrinologist) 
Trained through John Hunter Hospital Endocrinology and Diabetes Department. He has interests in diabetes, general endocrinology and information technology. 
Nathan Jackson (Senior Podiatrist) 
Nathan graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2014 with a Bachelor of Podiatry and has since completed a Graduate Certificate of Wound Care from Monash University.
