DAP+ Medibus visits Quirindi for the first time
The DAP+ state‑of‑the‑art Diabetes Medibus visited Quirindi for the very first time on 5th March, 2026, providing much‑needed support for locals living with diabetes. The initiative aims to improve access to specialised care in regional areas, where diabetes remains one of the most significant health challenges across the New England and North West regions.
During the visit, residents were able to receive guidance, screening, and education to help better manage their condition—part of a broader push to bring high‑quality diabetes services directly to rural communities who often face barriers to accessing specialist care.
